Check-in and check-out
Please follow the check-in and check-out times provided in your confirmation or by staff. Early or late arrangements require prior agreement when available.
At check-out, return keys or access cards and ensure your bed or room is left in reasonable condition.
Identification and minimum age
Valid ID may be required at check-in. Minimum age rules, when applicable, are confirmed during booking or by contacting us—we do not invent age numbers on this page.
Minors
Minors must be accompanied or supervised according to applicable law and any conditions we communicate for the room type. Adults who book for minors are responsible for their care and compliance with house rules.
Quiet hours
Please keep noise at a considerate level, especially overnight. Specific quiet-hour times, when published for your stay, will be shared by staff or in stay materials. If not listed here, ask reception for the current schedule.
Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior in dorms or common areas is not allowed.
Smoking, vaping, and alcohol
Smoking and vaping are restricted to designated areas if any are provided, or otherwise prohibited indoors. Ask staff where smoking is allowed, if at all.
Alcohol may be consumed only in a responsible manner and in areas where it is permitted. Staff may intervene if alcohol use creates safety or disturbance issues.
Banned substances, weapons, and hazardous items
Illegal drugs and other banned substances are strictly prohibited on the property.
Weapons, explosives, and hazardous materials are not allowed. Violations may result in immediate removal and referral to authorities when appropriate.
Parties, events, and outside guests
Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. Outside visitors may be limited or prohibited depending on property rules and safety considerations; ask staff before inviting visitors.
Overnight stays are limited to registered guests only.
Pets
Pet policies vary and are confirmed during booking or by contacting AmanGo Hostel. Do not bring animals unless we have approved them for your stay (service animals may be subject to applicable legal requirements).
Hygiene and common areas
Please keep bathrooms, kitchens (if provided), lounges, and other shared spaces clean after use. Wash and put away dishes, dispose of rubbish properly, and report spills or damage to staff.
Do not leave perishable food in shared areas unattended for long periods.
Dorms, beds, and lockers
Use only the bed assigned to you. Do not move to other beds without staff approval. Respect other guests' sleep, privacy, and personal space.
Use lockers or storage as instructed and lock your valuables. AmanGo Hostel is not responsible for unattended personal belongings, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Personal belongings and lost & found
Label luggage when possible and keep travel documents secure. Items left behind may be held for a limited period according to property practice; contact us promptly if you lost something.
We may dispose of perishable, hazardous, or unclaimed items after a reasonable period.
Keys, cards, damage, and cleaning
Treat keys and access cards carefully and report loss immediately. Replacement may involve a charge disclosed by staff.
Guests are responsible for damage they cause beyond normal wear and tear. If special cleaning is required because of smoking indoors, spills, or similar incidents, a special cleaning fee may be charged—amounts are communicated case by case and are not invented on this page.
Fire safety and CCTV
Learn exit routes on arrival and follow fire alarms and staff instructions immediately. Do not tamper with detectors, extinguishers, or emergency equipment.
CCTV may operate in common areas for safety and security. Cameras are not placed to monitor private spaces such as bathrooms or inside private rooms in a covert manner.
Conduct, harassment, and ending a stay
Harassment, violence, discrimination, theft, and serious disturbance of other guests are not tolerated.
AmanGo Hostel reserves the right to refuse service or end a stay without refund of unused nights when a guest materially violates these house rules, endangers others, or engages in illegal activity—subject to mandatory law.
Report incidents to staff promptly so we can help.
